Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee the branch's sales and operations, driving motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit performance through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

You will lead a team, manage inventories, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and coordinate marketing activities while delivering excellent service and continuous business improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve branch targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring sales performance indicators.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, ensuring proper documentation, liquidation, and utilization of allocated marketing resources.
• Ensures promotion, merchandising standards, and branch branding guidelines are implemented.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities and improve customer experience.
• Handles and resolves customer concerns related to sales transactions and promotions with relevant departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within the branch.
• Monitors inventory, including motorcycles, parts, and other assets, ensuring proper control and availability.
• Leads and motivates branch personnel with coaching and support to improve productivity.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss sales performance and action plans.
• Prepares performance evaluations, provides feedback, and recognizes employees based on KPIs and standards.
• Assists in developing employees and identifying potential successors to support talent development.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by company officials.
