Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales or branch operations.
• Experience in automotive/retail is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves branch targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring performance.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and resources.
• Ensures implementation of promotions, marketing programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to optimize opportunities.
• Handles and resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions with other departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors branch inventory and assets for proper control and availability.
• Leads and motivates branch personnel through coaching and performance feedback.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to review performance and improvement plans.
• Prepares evaluations and identifies potential successors to support talent development.
