Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee sales and operations for the assigned branch in Palawan. You will drive motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit sales through effective strategies and strong customer engagement within the guidelines of corporate promotions.

You will lead, coach, and develop the branch team, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining branch branding and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate leads and hit branch targets.
• Achieves targets for motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts, and repossessed units.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and resources.
• Ensures promotions, programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities.
• Handles customer concerns related to sales and promotions.
• Performs market monitoring and price checks to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensures policy compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements at the branch.
• Monitors inventory of motorcycles, parts, and assets for proper control.
• Leads and coaches branch staff to improve productivity.
• Conducts regular branch meetings and reviews performance.
• Prepares evaluations and recognizes employees based on KPIs.
• Develops employees and identifies potential successors.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
