Job summary

The Branch Supervisor at Concerted Management Corporation oversees the overall sales and operational performance of the assigned branch, driving target achievement for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through focused sales strategies and BTL marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, managing resources, ensuring policy compliance, analyzing market opportunities, and guiding the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing to generate leads and meet targets.
• Achieves branch targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts, and repossessed units.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, documenting and utilizing resources.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branch branding guidelines.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities.
• Resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to stay competitive.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors branch inventory, including motorcycles and parts, ensuring control and availability.
• Leads and coaches branch personnel to improve productivity and performance.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss performance and improvement plans.
• Prepares performance evaluations and recognizes employees based on KPIs.
• Assists in developing employees and identifying potential successors.
• Performs other tasks as needed.
