Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and process improvements is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency.
• Enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance regulations.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and cost control.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead promotional activities and customer engagement strategies.
• Coach and develop branch staff; drive performance.
