Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring efficiency.
• Enforce SOPs and compliance regulations.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage inventory and cost control.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
