- 60 months of experience in financial product sales and business development.
- MBA/PGDM required with focus on finance.
- Experience in mutual funds, insurance, LAS and bonds.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for business development of the Financial Products Distribution for the given location.
- Oversee and manage the branch staff, coaching, development and discipline to meet sales targets.
- Groom the team on product knowledge and system usage to achieve objectives.
- Help design and implement business plans ensuring compliance with policies and processes.
- Regular performance reviews and guidance to achieve goals.
- Recruitment of Financial Products Distributor and product sales targets.
