Job summary

City Savings Bank is seeking a Branch Collection Associate to monitor and execute on-time billing and collections for the branch loans portfolio, and to monitor non-performing loans with actions to reduce them.

You will perform activities such as redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billings, field visits, and SMS dispatch, while delivering excellent customer service and traveling as needed in the local area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or graduate.
• Experience in loans and collections is an advantage.
• Willing to travel extensively and familiar with the area of operations.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute on-time billing and collections for branch loans portfolio.
• Achieve collection targets and KPIs for the NPL portfolio assigned.
• Perform redemption, posting of payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, and SMS sends.
• Evaluate client's ability to pay and analyze accounts.
• Compute possible loan restructurings and prepare necessary reports.
• Ensure completeness, timeliness and accuracy of documents; provide excellent customer service.
