Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Branch Client Relations Officer to manage daily lobby operations and support the Branch Head in driving business growth. The role focuses on active marketing, cross-selling, and upselling of deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and bancassurance solutions to enhance client relationships.

The candidate will identify client needs, generate sales leads, and promote suitable banking products to help achieve branch sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least three years of branch banking experience as an officer.
• Proficient in computer and business applications.
• Effective oral and written communications.
• Available vacancies across Greenhills, Ortigas, Makati, Quezon City and Manila areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to bank clients by actively assisting.
• Manage lobby traffic in the branch and direct/educate clients to use digital channels.
• Approve and override transactions.
• Ensure compliance to the Bank's policies, procedures and requirements.
