Job summary

The Branch Client Relations Officer (CRO) will oversee daily lobby operations and assist the Branch Head in growing business by actively marketing, cross-selling, and upselling bank and affiliate products, including deposits, loans, credit cards, and bancassurance solutions.

The role involves identifying client needs, generating sales leads, and promoting suitable products to strengthen client relationships and help meet branch sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least three years branch banking experience as an officer.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Chinese speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to the clients of the Bank by actively volunteering assistance.
• Manage lobby traffic in the branch and directing / educating clients to use alternative electronic channels (i.e. the branch's digital machines).
• Approve and override transactions.
• Ensure compliance to the Bank's Policies, procedures and Requirements.
