Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar training role within a BPO setting

• Knowledge of MS Office and Tableau for reporting and instruction
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and time-critical environment
• Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
• On-site work required in Commonwealth, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and instruction to engage both existing and new employees, promoting knowledge transfer
• Use questioning, presentation, and coaching techniques to enhance performance and retention
• Create a trusting learning environment that supports performance during instruction
• Plan and prepare instructional methods and materials tailored to different modes of learning
• Assess learner progress using appropriate evaluation models and tools
• Mentor and coach apprentice instructors and train newly assigned instructors
• Coordinate training activities including operations, quality, and HR presentations
