Job summary

INFOSYS BPM LIMITED Philippine Branch is hiring a Process Trainer to lead training initiatives in the BGC Taguig area. You will analyze training needs, design curricula, develop content, and deliver sessions with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in BPO, 2+ years as a trainer in F&A campaigns, and are comfortable with shifting schedules and onsite work in BGC Taguig.

Qualifications

• Screening based on defined skills; at least 3 years in process training with F&A background.
• Graduate of any 4-year course; BPO experience preferred.
• 4+ years total BPO work experience with 2+ years as a trainer in BPO/shared services.
• Background or knowledge in Finance and Accounting campaigns; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform Training Needs Analysis and identify training gaps.
• Design curricula and develop training content and methodologies.
• Deliver trainings with effective techniques and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional/client teams and stakeholders.
• Support planning, scheduling, and administrative training tasks.
