Job summary

Foundever® is hiring a BPO Trainer/Learning Specialist to design and deliver engaging classroom and coaching sessions for candidates, leveraging adult learning principles. You will monitor trainee performance, evaluate training effectiveness, maintain records, and align with recruitment and operations to support evolving business needs at Technopoint Site in Pasig.

The role requires at least 1 year of BPO training experience, strong communication and facilitation skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as BPO Trainer / Learning Specialist.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email and internet applications.
• Flexible shift schedule.
• Ability to report onsite - Technopoint Site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training, coaching and mentoring sessions that build candidates' communication, professional, and BPO-related skills using adult learning principles.
• Monitor trainee performance, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to learning programs and solutions.
• Maintain accurate training records and stay aligned with recruitment and operational process to support evolving business needs.
