Job summary

TASQ is seeking a 100% onsite Program Trainer to strategize and manage capability-building programs aligned with company objectives. You will plan deadlines, budgets, and activities while coordinating with program managers to identify risks and opportunities.

The role requires at least 2 years as a Trainer, including 1 year in UK/US/AUS collections accounts, and a bachelor's degree. Night shift with no guaranteed weekends off, based in Manila metro area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer with at least 1 year experience in a UK, US, or AUS collections account in the past 4 years.
• Highest educational attainment: finished a bachelor's degree (any specialization).

• Plan and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across different programs offered by the company.
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and existing initiatives.
• Manage program keeping optimal return-on-investment in mind.
• Manage vendors and procurement processes for capability building programs.
• Manage stakeholders and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
