Job summary

The Hird Corp. in Quezon City is seeking experienced UK Financial Collections Specialists to join our growing team. You will handle both inbound and outbound collection calls for UK-based customers, negotiating payment arrangements with focus on service quality.

Qualifications include high school or higher education and at least 1 year in collections with UK/US/Australian clients, plus comfort dealing with international customers. On-site work at Eton Centris, QC on a UK shift.

Qualifications

• High School (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, 2nd Year College Completed, or College Graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year of collections experience handling UK/US/Australian clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with international customers.
• Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City on a UK shifting schedule.
