• Experience in programme or project management, preferably in call centre or customer service.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage comprehensive programme plans with scope, objectives, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate activities of multiple teams for seamless delivery of programmes.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and milestones, addressing deviations.
• Communicate status, risks and updates to senior management.
• Manage programme budgets and allocate resources cost-effectively.
• Identify process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Lead resolution of cross-functional issues and escalations.
• Support training and development of team members on programmes.
• Maintain programme documentation and ensure policy compliance.
