Responsibilities

• Analyzing data, quality monitoring, coaching to strengths and opportunities.
• Answering procedural and navigational questions, conducting side-by-side coaching and team huddles/meetings.
• Meet performance standards and metrics set by the department.
• Handle escalations and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
