Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Center of Excellence Assistant Manager for onsite work in Taguig (BGC). The role demands strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to optimize processes for multiple customer service accounts.

The candidate should have at least 5 years in BPO customer service, 4 years leading teams, and a college degree. Shifting schedules are required and an HMO for employee and dependents is provided with a quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum BPO experience in customer service
• 4 years minimum handling a team for customer service accounts
• College graduate in any course
• Amenable to shifting schedules
• Amenable to work onsite at BGC, Taguig
• Able to start ASAP

• Process Optimization: identifies inefficiencies, streamlines workflows, and enhances service delivery through standardization
• Technology & Innovation: background in evaluating and integrating new tools like AI, automation, and analytics to improve customer interactions
• Training & Development: provides coaching, skill-building programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for agents/team leads
• Data analytics and metric improvement: monitors performance metrics, ensures adherence to policies, and maintains service excellence
• Customer Experience Enhancement: analyzes feedback, implements improvements, and fosters a customer-centric culture
