Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO setup.
• Willing to work onsite on a night/shifting schedule at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and monitor quality while coaching team strengths and opportunities.
• Answer procedural and navigational questions; conduct side-by-side coaching and team huddles.
• Meet performance standards and department metrics; set goals.
• Handle escalations and communicate with stakeholders when necessary.
