Job summary

DIMO Enterprises & Overseas Placement Agency in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our September class. You will be the face of our clients, delivering courteous support across phone, email, and chat while working from our modern office.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma and strong English communication, with the ability to multitask and stay patient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with clear pronunciation.
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Patient, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, software applications, and virtual communication tools.
• Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and embrace new processes.
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential for enthusiastic candidates.
• Availability to work the September class schedule with flexibility for shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional support to customers whilst maintaining a positive and patient demeanour.
• Process customer requests, complaints, and concerns in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the designated systems.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty whilst exceeding performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and elevate matters when necessary.
• Adhere to quality standards, attendance requirements, and company policies.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development programmes to continuously improve service delivery.
