As a Virtual CSR, you will handle customer inquiries and deliver professional service that strengthens customer satisfaction and loyalty. Candidates with a high school diploma and strong English communication, problem solving, and computer skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Process requests, complaints and feedback appropriately.
• Provide product and service information clearly to customers.
• Identify needs and suggest solutions or escalate when needed.
• Meet targets for call handling time, CSAT scores and quality metrics.
• Participate in training to improve service quality and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team and other departments for seamless service.
• Follow company policies and compliance requirements consistently.
