Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG or distribution or related industry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and own a motorcycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets through order booking and delivery follow-through.
• Execute merchandising standards to ensure product visibility and freshness.
• Conduct business development to expand customer base and partnerships.
• Manage account receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Perform daily routing and sales coverage using a company-provided motorcycle.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
• Submit accurate sales reports and market feedback.
