This field-based role requires a valid driver’s license, a self-owned motorcycle, and the ability to work independently to meet targets. You will submit accurate sales reports and contribute to market feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in FMCG/distribution or similar (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and self-owned motorcycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, results-oriented, field-based mindset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets via booking orders and delivery follow-through.
• Apply merchandising standards for visibility, placement, and freshness.
• Develop business to expand customer base and partnerships.
• Monitor account receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Perform daily routing and coverage using company motorcycle.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
• Submit accurate sales reports and market feedback.
