• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Work closely with Australian clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Utilize Zoho Recruit for candidate management, job postings, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and timely recruitment records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal operations and HR teams for onboarding and compliance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for accounting and/or construction roles
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and administrative processes.
• Attend scheduled morning meetings and internal check-ins as required.
