Job summary

Private Advertiser in Taguig is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a blended non-voice and voice role with minimal calls. You will handle chats, emails, and limited calls while ensuring accurate information and resolution for customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in customer engagement or customer service.
• Experience from BPO or any customer-facing industry is acceptable.
• Retail, hospitality, sales, banking backgrounds may be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig.

Responsibilities
