Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or business administration are advantageous
• Proven customer service experience in non-voice channels is preferred
• Excellent written communication and grammar
• Typing proficiency and familiarity with customer service software/tools
• Strong problem-solving and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Patience and empathy in assisting customers
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with metrics

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and other non-voice channels
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Document all interactions in the company system with accuracy
• Resolve issues efficiently with a positive, empathetic approach
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed
• Follow policies and ensure consistent service quality
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all written communications
