Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Knowledge of Zoom and basic computer literacy preferred.
• Must be able to report onsite as needed.
• Ability to make sound decisions in urgent situations.
• Open to college undergraduates and senior high school students.
• Reliable, highly responsive and confident.
• Proactive and able to respond promptly.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work in a team and support coaches effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, SMS, inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and policies.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints or escalate them when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage schedules, calendars and appointments for internal teams or management.
• Organize and maintain reports, records and essential documents.
• Support team coordination by managing administrative logistics/tasks.
• Assist with basic project management tasks and event planning.
• Complete tasks on time, accurately and to a high standard.
