Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Technical Service Representative in Ortigas, Pasig City for a night shift, onsite role. You will turn customer technical problems into clear troubleshooting steps and provide dependable solutions across product, device, software, or application concerns.

You’ll gather details, troubleshoot logically, document cases, and escalate when deeper support is needed. You’ll work with a dedicated support team, using ticketing and knowledge resources to resolve issues

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing technical support or equivalent troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to describe a structured troubleshooting process beyond scripts.
• Strong spoken and written English for guidance and documentation.
• Familiar with ticketing, CRM, case-management, or knowledge-base tools.
• Comfortable onsite on a night shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive technical questions or support cases through phone and digital channels.
• Ask focused questions to understand setup, symptoms, changes, and outcomes.
• Review case history, product information, or support resources before troubleshooting.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting for supported products and apps.
• Document issue, troubleshooting steps, result, and next actions accurately.
• Escalate unresolved cases with context for the next team to continue.
