You'll respond to inquiries, maintain records, and coordinate schedules while collaborating with a diverse, inclusive team. A commitment to timely, accurate work and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Open to college undergraduates and senior high school students.
• Able to report onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (email, SMS, inbound and outbound phone calls).
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints or escalate them when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
