• Following established protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Meet or exceed KPIs including average handle time, CSAT and call quality metrics.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes.
