ShopeePay in the Philippines is seeking a Category Ownership and Business Development lead for Bills Payments. You will own end-to-end performance, develop category strategies, and drive growth by optimizing pricing, promotions, and partnerships.

You will manage biller aggregators and merchants, lead negotiations, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, and produce regular performance reviews to guide decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years in business development, category management, or related commercial role.
• Experience in bills payments, biller management, aggregators, or fintech is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build sound business cases.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
