Job summary

This full-time role requires at least 1 month of BPO experience, good English, basic computer skills, and willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 month of BPO/Call Center experience
• High school graduate or college undergraduate/graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving ability

• Willing to undergo training

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or other channels.
• Assist with account, billing, payment, and service-related concerns.
