Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Billing Team Leader in the Philippines to drive accuracy, speed, and accountability in invoice processing. You will lead a high-performing billing team, collaborate with local stations and overseas agents, and deliver exceptional service while developing talent.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong leadership to optimize workloads and ensure timely billings in a dynamic global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Air & Ocean Operations.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end Billing processes.
• Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Billing Executives in daily operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate activities with local stations, overseas agents, and transportation providers.
• Manage operational escalations, urgent billings, delays, and service failures.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
• Optimize workload distribution and resource allocation.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Promote best practices, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Air & Ocean Operations.
• 2- 3 years of experience in leadership.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end Billing processes.
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring operational teams.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and customer service.
• Experience managing escalations and time-sensitive operational issues.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
