Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Transportation or related field.
• Strong understanding of Billing and international logistics processes.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to lead operational discussions, manage suppliers and customer escalations, and communicate effectively with global stakeholders in English.
• Strong business writing skills for operational reporting and customer communication.
• Ability to participate actively in meetings, conference calls, and operational reviews in English.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding terminology and operational communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Executives in the daily execution of Billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and delivery.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity and SLA compliance, implementing corrective actions to maintain service excellence.
• Coordinate with local station, overseas agents and trucking providers (vendors) to ensure smooth billing execution.
• Manage operational escalations, urgent billings, delays and service failures, ensuring timely resolution and customer communication.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Distribute workload, manage team priorities, and optimize operational resources to ensure efficiency and business continuity.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Executives through training, performance feedback, and operational support to strengthen team capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, increasing operational efficiency, and promoting best practices within the Billing team.

Job Purpose

Create and lead a high-performing Billing team that consistently delivers excellence through accuracy, speed, collaboration, and ownership. • 5. Experience working in KPI-driven and fast-paced logistics environments.
• 6. Experience coordinating with overseas agents and transportation providers.
