Job summary

Five9 Philippines Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage daily billings, invoices, and AR reconciliations for SaaS clients. You will resolve billing issues, ensure contractual compliance, and collaborate with internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years in billing, strong Excel skills, and an eye for detail. Some processes may involve working with NetSuite and Salesforce.com in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years billing experience and SaaS/Software/Tech exposure.
• Experience with complex contract review and financial concepts.
• Proficient in MS Excel and balancing/ar transactions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
• Experience interfacing with AP/AR and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process daily billings to ensure invoices are accurate and timely.
• Research and resolve billing, credit and AR issues.
• Review and reconcile account balances in AR.
• Interface with internal customer service and support for inquiries.
• Assess billing operations and help implement improvements.
• Collaborate with AP/AR teams on ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process dailybillings to ensure client invoices are accurate, consistent with contractual requirements and issued on a timely basis
• Research and resolvebilling, credit and accounts receivable issues
• Review and reconcile account balances in Accounts Receivable
• Interface with internal customer service and support organizations on customer inquiries
• Assess currentbillingoperations, offer recommendations for improvement, and assist with implementing new processes
• Collaborate with team members in AP and AR to assist with ad-hoc projects and miscellaneous tasks
