Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating accurate, timely invoices for clients
• Converting sales orders into tickets and projects in ConnectWise
• Setting up and maintaining client billing agreements
• Handling client calls and queries about invoices with patience and clarity
• Managing the billing ticket board and routing items to the right team
• Issuing credit memos and collecting payments as needed
• Keeping billing records clean and accurate, including billing addresses
• Following up with other departments to resolve billing questions

About the Shift

This role runs on a mid‑shift schedule aligned to US business hours. You’ll work in real time with US‑based colleagues, with consistent hours and full support from a team that is online when you are.
