Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant billing or finance experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems.
• Coursework in accounting, finance, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices based on contract terms.
• Verify invoice completeness and accuracy prior to release.
• Update billing profiles, pricing, tax data, in ERP systems.
• Enter and validate billing information in ERP and CRM (NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Support month-end billing close activities.
• Communicate billing questions and documentation requests with customers.
• Identify basic billing issues and suggest improvements.
