Job summary

Netwrix is seeking a Billing Specialist to support daily operations of the Billing Department, ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing in line with contracts and policies. The role evolves from transactional invoicing to managing complex scenarios, reconciliations, reporting, and analytical tasks.

The position reports to the Billing Manager and requires 3-5 years of experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Coursework in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
• Working hours will be 2:00PM-10:00PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Generates and issues customer invoices based on contract terms and billing schedules.
• Verifies completeness and accuracy prior to release.
• Updates billing profiles, pricing details, tax information, and invoice preferences in ERP systems.
• Accesses NetSuite and Salesforce to enter, retrieve, and validate billing information.
• Supports month-end billing close activities with complete documentation.
• Communicates with customers regarding invoices and documentation requests.
• Identifies and suggests improvements to billing processes.
