Job summary

IBM Business Services, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Order to Cash/Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage order validation, invoicing, AR monitoring, and collections. The role covers disputes, cash application, and performance analysis, with a night shift and a hybrid setup in Naga City, Bicol.

You will coordinate with sales, operations and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timely cash flow, handling SAP/Oracle/ERP tools and maintaining Masterdata integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Strong grasp of finance concepts and accounting principles.
• Experience with AR, billing, cash application, and collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Order management: review and validate customer orders and master data.
• Billing and invoicing: generate and verify invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• AR management: monitor balances; track aging; reconcile accounts.
• Cash application: apply payments; investigate unapplied cash; reconcile discrepancies.
• Collections: contact overdue customers; negotiate payment plans.
• Dispute and deduction management: resolve disputes; process adjustments.
• Reporting: prepare AR aging reports; monitor DSO and collection metrics.
