Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking an Operations Analyst to help ensure projects are accurately set up, documented, financially aligned, and closed. You will collaborate across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to maintain project hygiene and support billing and change orders.

This night-shift, onsite role offers exposure to PSA systems and Salesforce CRM, with opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to on-time project delivery in a fast-moving global

Responsibilities

• Enablement activities to support various stages of the project cycle including initial project setup in the PSA system (Salesforce CRM App).
• Collect missing project artifacts, track and steward closures, and conduct final audit of closure materials.
• Review complex SOWs, hours, and billing types, and enter relevant information into the PSA system.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of project documentation, address missing records, and track outstanding items.
• Create and track billing milestones to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Assist with billing-related communications between project owner and Finance.
• Ensure completeness of PCO related artifacts within the PSA.
• Track project health and complete closeout steps on time.
• Coordinate off-boarding with Sales Operations and other internal teams.
• Identify process issues and propose solutions with communication plans.
