Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions with minimal direction and enter data accurately.
• Audit own data entry for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Respond to information requests by researching and summarising results.
• Produce standard correspondence using templates and ensure proper grammar and formatting.
• May coordinate a small team and train junior members on procedures.
• Identify root causes of rejections and escalate or request fixes.
• Contact third-party vendors or customers if accounts cannot be processed.
• Follow established policies, procedures and methods.
• Participate in process improvements or special projects as assigned.
• Meet established goals and objectives.
