Riverstar Food Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Collections Staff in Marikina to manage monthly billing for rental properties and ensure accurate utility calculations. You will work with property management and accounting teams to ensure timely collections and precise records.

The role requires strong mathematical skills, 6 months to 1 year in Billing & Collections, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related field.
6 months to 1 year experience in Billing & Collections.
Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilités

Prepare and issue accurate monthly billing statements for all rental properties.
Ensure 100% accuracy in rental rate computations across properties.
Accurately calculate utility charges (electricity and water) and include them in monthly billing.
Coordinate with property manager and accounting department on billing and collections.
Perform reconciliations with collectors, accountants, and the treasurer to ensure accurate recording and address discrepancies.
