Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge and experience in QuickBooks is preferred.
• Experience with billing and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Knowledge of financial reporting and account analysis.
• Familiarity with BIR monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and returns.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively with the accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Handle billing and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and ensure accurate records
• Prepare and review accounting and financial reports
• Perform account analysis, reconciliation, and recording of financial transactions
• Prepare and assist with BIR monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and returns
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and supporting documents
• Use QuickBooks for recording and managing accounting transactions
• Monitor accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, payments, and accounting matters
• Provide accounting support to management and the accounting team
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management
