Job summary

CBRE Philippines seeks a Billing and Collections professional to manage rent and utility invoicing for CBRE clients and properties, under limited supervision.

Responsibilities include auditing payment requests, maintaining AR records, reconciling payments, and generating reports on collections and cash flow. Requires 2–3 years in billing/collections and strong Excel skills; position based in Quezon City with Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of billing and collections or property management accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (QNE, QuickBooks, SAP) preferred.
• Knowledge of OPEX/CAPEX financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization per procedures.
• Maintain accounts receivable and Tenant Ledgers, update aging and billing records.
• Monitor collections and contact customers to resolve payment discrepancies.
