Job summary

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp. is seeking a Credit & Collections Associate in the Metro Manila area. The role requires fresh graduates with a Finance & Accountancy degree or at least 1 year of related Billing & Collection experience.

You will handle AR processes, aging, and tax basics, with strong Excel and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing daily collection activities, invoicing, and client inquiries, in collaboration with Quantity Surveyors, while acting as the SME

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Finance & Accountancy.
• At least 1 year related work experience in Billing & Collection.
• Knowledge of Billing and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Understanding of AR Ageing and Statement of Account (SOA).
• Basic understanding of Philippine tax (VAT, EWT).
• Analytical skill assessment is required.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day collection activities and drive strong collection performance through timely submissions of invoices and payment applications to clients.
• Coordinate with clients to address inquiries and resolve disputes in partnership with Quantity Surveyors.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Credit and Collection processes and maintain positive client relationships.
