A financial service company in Quezon City is seeking an accountant to handle delivery receipts, sales invoices, and monitor accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, and must be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets. The role requires attention to detail and good organizational skills. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment in Metro Manila.

Formación

• At least 1 year experience in accounting or finance work.
• Responsible for issuing Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable and due dates.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Official Receipt issuance, recording, and monitoring.
• Manage petty cash, including liquidation and replenishment.
• Record and monitor Purchase Orders.

Job Requirements – Accounting & Finance

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course
• At least 1 year experience in accounting or finance work
• Responsible for issuing Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable and due dates
• Handle Official Receipt issuance, recording, and monitoring
• Manage petty cash, including liquidation and replenishment
• Prepare and monitor BIR Form 2307
• Record and monitor Purchase Orders
• Handle purchasing and supplier coordination
• Basic knowledge of BIR compliance is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel, google sheet
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
