Prepare, verify, and issue customer invoices for trucking and transportation services
Ensure billing accuracy based on delivery notes, PODs, rate agreements, trip sheets, and fuel surcharges
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to confirm trip details and charges
Verify freight rates, accessorial charges, detention, demurrage, and extra costs
Maintain billing records and documentation in the system
Follow up on missing documents such as Proof of Delivery (POD)
Assist with customer billing inquiries and dispute resolution
Support accounts receivable with invoice corrections and adjustments
Ensure compliance with company billing policies and customer contracts
Prepare billing reports and summaries as required
