Job summary

JOBS360 in the Philippines is seeking a meticulous Billing Analyst to ensure accurate and timely invoice reconciliation and customer billing. You will work with the Accounts Team and cross-functional partners to maintain financial accuracy and minimize disputes in a fast-paced freight environment.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with billing systems, and the ability to interpret large data sets. On-site work with a supportive, growth-oriented team is offered.

Responsibilities

• Timely & accurate carrier invoice & statement reconciliation according to agreed rate cards.
• Negotiation with suppliers in processing appropriate credits.
• Ensuring margin adherence.
• Timely resolution of customer and carrier account queries via HubSpot
• Generation of customer invoices
• Liaise with Account Managers regarding billing queries
• Support the Accounts Team with duties as directed
• Support the broader team to help ensure overall business objectives are met.

We are looking for a billing analyst and accounts support person to assist us with the rapid growth of our business.
A key part of this role involves reconciling carrier invoices to ensure the accuracy of charges, to ensure our invoices to our customers are correct first-time.

Job Summary:

The Biller is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoice reconciliation and customer billing. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy, reducing disputes, and supporting commercial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in billing systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with margin analysis and reconciliation processes.
