Job summary

Shore360, a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, is seeking a meticulous Biller who will ensure accurate and timely invoice reconciliation and customer billing. The role supports rapid growth and requires close collaboration with Account Managers and cross-functional teams.

You will reconcile carrier invoices, monitor margins, generate customer invoices, and resolve billing queries using HubSpot and ERP-like systems.

Qualifications

• Accounts and accounting knowledge required.
• Logistics experience desirable.
• Ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets.
• Reconciliation skills.
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence invoice payments.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile carrier invoices and statements timely and accurately according to rate cards.
• Negotiate with suppliers for appropriate credits.
• Ensure margins are adhered to.
• Resolve customer and carrier queries via HubSpot.
• Generate customer invoices.
• Liaise with Account Managers on billing queries.
• Support Accounts Team with duties as directed.
• Assist the broader team to meet business objectives.
