Job summary

Shore360, a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, is seeking a meticulous Biller who will ensure accurate and timely invoice reconciliation and customer billing. The role supports rapid growth and requires close collaboration with Account Managers and cross-functional teams.

You will reconcile carrier invoices, monitor margins, generate customer invoices, and resolve billing queries using HubSpot and ERP-like systems.

Qualifications

Accounts and accounting knowledge required.

Responsibilities

Reconcile carrier invoices and statements timely and accurately according to rate cards.
Negotiate with suppliers for appropriate credits.
Ensure margins are adhered to.
Resolve customer and carrier queries via HubSpot.
Generate customer invoices.
Liaise with Account Managers on billing queries.
Support Accounts Team with duties as directed.
Assist the broader team to meet business objectives.

We are looking for a billing analyst and accounts support person to assist us with the rapid growth of our business. A key part of this role involves reconciling carrier invoices to ensure the accuracy of charges, to ensure our invoices to our customers are correct first-time.

Job Summary:

The Biller is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoice reconciliation and customer billing. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy, reducing disputes, and supporting commercial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in billing systems and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with margin analysis and reconciliation processes.

Key Accountabilities:

Timely & accurate carrier invoice & statement reconciliation according to agreed rate cards.
Negotiation with suppliers in processing appropriate credits.
Ensuring margin adherence.
Timely resolution of customer and carrier account queries via HubSpot
Generation of customer invoices
Liaise with Account Managers regarding billing queries
Support the Accounts Team with duties as directed
Support the broader team to help ensure overall business objectives are met.
